The Medisys Neocare Ventilator is a dedicated neonatal and pediatric ventilator designed for respiratory support of newborn babies, infants, and pediatric patients. The ventilator uses a continuous-flow, time-cycled mechanism and incorporates both pressure and volume limiting for controlled ventilation. It provides ventilation modes including AC, SIMV/IMV, CPAP with backup ventilation, and Standby, along with flow triggering and apnea backup ventilation. The Neocare features a servo-controlled oxygen blender with a closed-loop feedback system and adjustable FiO₂ from 21% to 100%. A dedicated emergency 100% oxygen function is also provided. Patient parameters and ventilation information are displayed on a 12.1-inch graphical LCD, including expired tidal volume, minute volume, delivered FiO₂, pressure, and flow information.
